Founder and Program Director
Falaya De Silva, is the founder of Destiny House and has been successful in leading our organization to greater heights. With a heart to serve families her specialty is servicing adolescents. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Kenneth Brown
Crisis Support Specialist
Kenneth Brown is a highly accomplished in adolescent care. He has over 10 years of experience working in social services with an emphasis in family preservation.
Nefertiti De Silva
Volunteer Liasion
Nefertiti holds her Master degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience working in social services with a specialty in serving at risk-youth.
Imani Norman
Mentor Advocate
Imani has over 5 years working directly with adolescents and the Department of Children's Services. She has served as a manager with a strong emphasis in organizational and system compliance.
